From what I know, there is no way you can lost weight fast. Losing weight takes time. I’d suggest hypothetically speaking you eat 3 meals a day to break that down to 6 small meals. This way you won’t feel drowsy if you eat too much or hungry to eat soon after the 1st or 2nd meal. Yah get what I mean?
