Acai berry and colon cleanse not working for me?

I have been using these 2 products for 2 weeks now and I have been working out and eating only 1300 calories a day and I have not lost a pound. I don’t no what I am doing wrong or if it is worth continueing these pills. When i bought them it said I would lose up to 7 pounds the first week.

These products are a waste of money and don’t work. It is a well known scam.

No pill, potion or supplement will help you.
All you need to lose weight is a good healthy diet and exercise – it takes time :)

    I agree…..acai berry doesn’t work – the remaining bottle is still in my cabinet — I’m convinced that a complete turn ’round of changing your whole way of eating into a healthy lifestyle is the only way! cause even if ya change for only a lil’ while and not make it a life change you’ll go back into the same ways as before…..I’ve got 45 pounds to lose and am completely changing my whole lifestyle to get it done once & for all!References :

    Those pills are a joke, stop wasting your money on them. If you got them for free on a trial period, make sure to check your transaction because they will charge you for another bottle after the trial period ends. Those supplements are not regulated, so they can say whatever they want and not get penalized for it, and hope you waste your money on them.

    Also, you shouldn’t be able to lose 7 pounds in the first week doing anything. If you do, there is something medically wrong with you, or you are doing something extremely unhealthy, like starving yourself. You should lose at most 2-3 pounds a week. It’s not your fault getting suckered into this sort of thing. The diet industry is extremely unregulated and greedy, and they don’t care about your needs at all.

    Losing weight requires three things – optimal diet, exercise, and recovery. You don’t need any pills to help you. You need enough calories to give you energy, but it has to be the right balance of protein, carbs, and fat. You would be extremely surprised to know that fat intake is essential in weight loss – you just need to consume it at the right time. Protein and muscle growth is essential in weight loss – muscle requires more energy to maintain then fat, so the more muscle you have, the more calories your body burns. Also, protein is burned quicker than carbs and fats – your body uses more energy to process foods with protein in it.

    You will also be surprised to know that you don’t need to spend hours on end in the gym burning calories. You need to do the right exercises that elevates your heart rate to the proper zone and creates an anabolic state for your body. Running for a couple hours will burn a lot of calories, but interval cardio and circuit training for 40 minutes is just as effective, if not more effective, at burning calories and boosting your metabolism.

You workout one day to drain calories and boost your metabolism, then you maintain your metabolic level by eating the right foods during your recovery, so your body continues to burn calories. Your recovery period is when you actually lose weight in fat, as your body is accessing your stored energy (fat) to function. When is the last time you went to the gym and literally saw a pound of fat fall off you? Those marketing schemes are a complete joke, and I don’t pay attention to them and neither should anyone else.

    I have to be honest with you. Acai berry is more a fad than anything. Just as anti-oxidants were a few years ago and the low carb thing a few years before that.

    I don’t doubt that acai in it’s natural form can work, but most of the products out there are denatured to the point that the health benefits of it are nil to none. I think the word ‘Acai’ is just a buzzword to be avoided. There are many other great products available that do so much more for your health and well being.

    Colon cleansing is a mainstay that has lasted for thousands of years and will last for thousands more. This should never be a fad because of all the health benefits it brings. Ideally, everyone should be performing some kind of regular cleansing regimen.

    You are doing right for your body by colon cleansing, but what kind of colon cleanse are you doing? Too many cleansing products in the market are nothing more than smoke and mirrors.     Any products should usually give immediate results. This shows that your body is responding well. But after 2 weeks and nothing happened, then you must consider stopping it.
