Has anyone tried the acai berry and colon cleanse diet combo?
I am not talking about the ones where you order and just pay shipping and handling. I found a combo that is sold together in CVS pharmacy. Before I buy it, I want to get some feedback.
No.
All colon cleanse does is give you diarrhoea and upset the natural balance of the gut.
The colon is self cleansing, you do more harm than good.
As for the berry, it has less antioxidants than many local fresh berries do. Especially blueberries, raspberries – black cherries, Concord grapes.
Antioxidants are beneficial but do not aid weight loss.
People have posted on these pages grumbling about diarrhoea. Also grumbling about not losing weight.
The people peddling the stuff tell you to change diet and lifestyle and that is what will do the job without the berry.

I’ve tried it – but if you want to try before you buy, then here is a link for a free trial size.
I found three different ones have a look and see which one you want to try.
