how often do I take the acai berry 500 power colon cleanse pill?

I received the pills as a gift but don’t know how often I should take them! Will it just clean my colon or will I also lose weight?

It does help clean your insides out and you can loose weight from it buts its also a good time to think lets start over and go healthier.

if you recieved these pills as a gift I would not worry about taking them unless you feel as though you need to lose a couple of kilo’s (or pounds).
These are for those who want a supplement to help them lose weight. Remember it is only a supplement either way about it. It is not a miracle cure or way to lose those extra kilos.

The Acai pills are a scam and do not have a significant impact on weight loss. You are better to try a regular diet and fitness program.
