Is Acai Berry and Colon Cleanse effective for weight loss?

Posted by admin on Tuesday 17 November 2009

So guys… I have been researching quite a lot after many failed attempts at losing weight i want to come down 3 dress sizes in a space of a year which i feel is fairly achievable, I was wondering whether the two products Acai Berry and Colon Cleanse are effective for weight loss as aparently their natural products obvisouly alongside my normal gym routine? And are the two products safe?

Please try to explain as much as possible.. Thanks :)

the two products are expensively useless.
Colon cleanse will give you diarrhoea – you lose fluid not fat.
There are no magical berries from Brazil, it’s a hyped up scam.
There are more antioxidants in blueberries, black cherries and /concord grapes.
Antioxidants will not aid weight loss.

Oprah Winfrey, Mehmet Oz, and Rachael Ray have all publicly disassociated themselves from the açai sites that make unauthorized use their names.
The diet ‘bloggers’ are just a mirage, their weight loss is courtesy of Photoshop, not açai.

They are safe, but virtually useless.

You can accomplish the same with most unsweetened fruits, and natural fibre, also pro-biotics and B12.

Drink cranberry juice for the bladder and urinary tract too.References :

A BIG NO and A BIG NO!
Neither work and are an expensive scam.
The best way to lose weight is to have a low fat, low sugar diet with lots of exercise.
You can start now by running up & down the stairs.References :

You need to go to therapy to find out what the underlying cause may be. it has to be more than a craving…maybe a hormone imbalance or something medically or mentally out of whack. you need to start exercising and eat fresh fruits/vegies, berries and fiber when you want to eat the junk food. occupy your time with reading, walking, hanging out with friends, etc. attend church. having God on your side always helps. For exercise try this (it worked for me ) :

  5. Herbal Colon Cleanser

I am on the fence about herbal colon detox – personally I attempted one online (see previous link) and think it was very beneficial to me. I lost some much needed weight and feel healtheir. Alternatively I have one friend who says it made no difference to. It is all a real personal thing and something that should be tried once to make the decision on your own Maybe.

Thanks for the tips shared on the blog. Something also important I would like to say is that losing weight is not supposed to be about going on a dietary fad and trying to shed as much weight as you can in a couple of weeks. The most effective way to lose weight naturally is by using it slowly and right after some basic points which can enable you to make the most from your attempt to slim down. You may understand and be following a few of these tips, but reinforcing awareness never hurts.
