Thank you jeff for keep on advicing me. I really like to follow the treatment but its hard to find the solusion; but i have tried once and it works and i will try my best to find those products named for more cleansing .

Thanx for your info. I just completed a 30 day detox/colon cleanse and yes I feel great!. I also lost alot of weight too and feel exactly like your list on your website. What I like most is all the weight loss, energy and my arthritus seems to have disappeared completely! It was hard at first few days but then I started feeling better and stronger.

Good morning.
It is so good of you to keep me posted and to let me know of these factors.
I have been cleaning my self out for the last few months now.
I do psyllium husk before I eat dinner each night.
I am not getting out what I have saw on the web but what is coming out has a vile smell to it..The first time it was like a piece of thick cheese flat with too large lumps in it , then the next I came across a worm that was about six inches long. I could not believe what I was looking at. I am still trying to keep up with it but with the life style that we are living today sometimes I slip. Thank you for your letters and is there something more that I can do please reply if I can find something that is faster.
