Has anyone tried a colon cleanse?

Posted by admin on Wednesday 13 May 2009

I've been interested in a colon cleanse for some time now. I'm pretty healthy and in my early twenties, but I eat a lot of junk food. I've done research on it and looked at what can be inside you after years of not being careful with food intake, and I've seen good reviews on colon cleanse products on sites like Amazon. My doctor does not trust colon cleanses, but I'm still interested based on what my research has shown me. Has anyone done a colon cleanse? I'd like to hear about any good or bad experiences, and which product you used.

Personally, I have so little faith in Western doctors – in my experiences, I've found that most of them don't believe in cures that don't involve expensive prescription medicines, even if there's existing research that natural and alternative cures work as well, if not better.

Yikes… I'll get off my soapbox now :) lol

I've actually had great results with colon cleanse products. I think the key is to find a product that's gentle and also has a component that replaces the natural bacteria that grow in your intestines. I've used a product called Colon Clean, which, along with another supplement, better eating and exercise, has helped me lose about 43 pounds in the last 3 months. If you want to give it a try, there's a link on my site to a free trial so that you can see if it works for you, no risk.

Hope this helps!

My oncologist/hematologist DOES NOT RECOMMEND colon cleanses. I would listen to the advice of the doctors.References : MD

Hi, you may try colon cleanse with some home remedy as it's simple and good for your health as well.

There are many means of having home made solutions for colon cleanse. The very first option is to have tasty fibrous foods that you can have through iceberg salad added with variety of crunchy vegetables and enhancing it by adding some toasted walnuts. A thick soup with vegetables and barley can suit your palate well. Homemade chicken soup can be made tasty by adding lentils instead of pasta for fibrous provision. Apart from fibrous foods consumption of lots of fluids is also a healthy option. You can well add the consumption of pure water and make some additional herbal tea and other hydrating fluids in your diet. While opting for colon cleanse home remedy make a right choice of the fat. This is because the purpose of the fat is to increase the nutrients in the body the selection of it is also very important. The consumption of fats for nutrients supports healing and so supplements of flax seed oil or fish oil and above all a choice for Omega 3 is the healthiest option. Content of Omega 3 can be found in salmon and thus are the means for all health benefits and proper digestive system.References :

Every one needs to do a colon cleanse but there is so many products out there and I found that most don't work even though they make fantastic claims. Keep away from the pill types they dont work at all they only give you diarrhoea. I found this out by trying them and I also found a great lady who gave me heaps of free information via email. The only product that worked was a herbal powder that I had to use over a 3 month period It sounds a long time but it was worth it and my health improved and lot of suff came out of me after about 2 months and I lost wieght great stuff. You can find the ladie and the product at the adress belowReferences :

I wouldn't advise using alot of colon cleanses because it can actually get rid of too much bacteria in your stomach. I would suggest just a months trial and see how you feel. The best product out there is bowtrol and they offer a 90 day money back trial.References :

Greetings I recently finished reading your webblog and I’m really impressed. I do have a couple of questions for you however. Are you planning on doing a follow-up article about this? Will you be likely to keep posting as well? Furthermore if you obtain a chance could you rate my personal acai berry webpage whenever you have a chance?
