I’ve seen Dr. Natura’s Colonix, and Dual-Action Cleanse, and some others of this stature, but they’re pretty expensive. Are there any other good ones

Healthy people don’t need enemas. That is naturopathic nonsense that the body is full of toxins.
Eat a balanced diet and get regular exercise.

Look healthy people don’t need a colon cleanse. This is all hype and a myth. Unless you have major problems moving your bowels you don’t need it. Your body already does a good job on it’s own. You can only harm yourself by doing this. Drink plenty of water- you can do a fast of meats and just eat veggies and fresh fruits for a few days.References :

I’ve done the Colonix by Dr. Natura and thought it was great! Totally worth the money! I had great results – felt really good during and after. Had some minor weight loss and my stomach went down a little. I liked it so much that I even ordered more.

You will especially love the tea in the evening. So yummy and relaxing. Helps you get to sleep too.

The nice thing about this particular cleanse is that you don’t have to fast, or drink nasty unsweetened cranberry juice, etc. When I first started it, I had a fear of getting diahreah, or that I coulnd’t control when I had to go. It wasn’t like that at all, it’s a normal, but healthier bm and your body gives you more than enough time to get to a bathroom.

Try to find a friend who wants to do it too and order more than one – it’s a better deal!References :

Leaving Mr. Colon alone and letting Mother Nature do her work is a very logical thing. So says Mr. Spock and I.References :
