You may try Bowtrol. I’ve been taking bowtrol for almost a full week (three pills a night) and have already seen an improvement in regularity. I haven’t gotten the bursts of energy or anything else yet, but look forward to the extras if they should come. And if they don’t, I’m still very pleased with the product and highly recommend it.

I have tried several an found that most just don’t work. I was then told about a product that I had to use over a three month period. It sound bad I know but it was worth it because after about a month of using it all sots of stuff came out of me and my helth improved greatly I also lost 4 kilos in wieght with out changing my diet.
