how much super colon cleanse should i take daily?

I just bought a bottle of super colon cleanse the other day. I read the directions which said for adults to take 4 pills 3 times a day. Just wondering if i should really be taking that much?
Unless your doctor recommended it, throw it out. Your body takes care of excreting waste on its own. Most of those products are a waste of money, if not possibly harmful.

yeah you should always ask a doctor before buying colon cleansing supplements or any kind of detox supplement. You have to be careful about which ones you choose. I take nature cleanse which works well with my body but may work differently with others. You should always try to stick with one thats well known with good reviews if you doctor recommends it. like nature cleanse or purity12 i hear a lot of good about that. I take one in the morning and one at night…Ttaking four 3X a day is way too much.
