Irritable Bowel Syndrome symptoms… but I don't think it's IBS…what could it be?I have IBS like symptoms but I don’t think it is IBS because I’m not really the right age, I’m only 15. I don’t get diarrhoea or constipation, but lots of gas and churning bowel noises and an uncomfortable bowel. It’s like lots of little air bubble popping in my bowels. It is possible that it is stress related because I often put myself under lots of stress. What could it be??
