What's the best colon cleanse product to use?
With so many different colon cleansing products on the market with a HUGE difference in price ($9.00 up to $300.00) how does one go about picking one? I want one that works, but I'd rather not pay $300.00. I've read tons on the internet so now I'd like to know YOUR personal experiences with specific products. Which have you used, which do you like, which don't you like and why. Please only those who have done a cleansing answer. Thanks!
Fleets Phosphate ! I have to have colonoscopys regularly and find the foul taste can be mitigated drinking ice cold ginger ale. That and the fact it works pretty well. Provided you are doing it for a medical exam. Otherwise….you are in for a night of pain.

I've always like the natural cleansing of phyllum husks. You can get a jar at the health foods store. Just don't forget to drink lots of water afterward.References :
