Posted by admin on Tuesday 5 January 2010

I am a vegetraian, i work out 5 days a week and i am a complete health nut. I want to get rid of the toxins in my body. Alot of my friends have used miralax and they say they feel amazing. I need a little info. PLEASE no ignorant comments!! thanks everybody!

You could always try drinking salty water. Not sure of the salt to water ratio, but there might be some info on some home detox sites.

A big mac and fry’s will do the trick. I have 1- once a month and it really cleans you out. No this is not an ignorant answer it really works. I have a friend who’s a vegetarian who swears by this. He has 1 at lunch and then just water the rest of the day till noon the next. Being a vegetarian makes the burger fly thru your colon and takes everything with it . He only does this once or twice a year.References :

Hey – interesting article. I enjoy whole milk, however, if one likes milk, then you should look into lactoferrin – Since I began taking the powder in a post-workout shake 2 months ago, I have gained four lbs of lean muscle mass – no joke! Anyway… nice blog… I’m subscribed to your RSS feed now so thanks again!
