I have 1- once a month and it really cleans you out. No this is not an ignorant answer it really works. I have a friend who's a vegetarian who swears by this. He has 1 at lunch and then just water the rest of the day till noon the next. Being a vegetarian makes the burger fly thru your colon and takes everything with it .
