Body Cleanse Information

If you have noticed a decline in your health due to no obvious reason and are troubled by its daily manifestations, your body might be asking for a body cleanse. Some symptoms make it easy to determine whether you need a cleansing or not. Signs like headaches, abdominal pains, fatigue, diarrhea, constipation, Candida, bad breath, body aches and digestion problems usually signal a high level of toxins in the body. All of these, and many other signs, mean that you need to remove the toxins from your body.

If toxins remain in the body for an extended period, they can damage the immune system and even prove to be fatal.

The only way to regain your health and normal life is to relieve the body of poisons. In a situation where the natural cleaning process of the body has been thwarted by toxins, it is vital to support the body so it can quickly remove all harmful components. This essentially involves the avoidance of heavy foods like meat and eggs so the system can work undistracted.

As the use of heavy foods will not be permitted during the cleansing time, it can cause withdrawal symptoms like headaches and nausea. In order to reduce these to a minimum, it is advised to take a week to get used to this change. Gradually decrease use of foods that tax the digestive system and distract it from focusing on the already present toxins. These include animal foods, tea, coffee, alcohol and sugar to name a few.

It is obvious that the cleansing period is meant to help the body perform its natural cleansing smoothly and without any extra strain form new foods. This means that the only foods you can eat during the cleansing are fruits and vegetables while avoiding cholesterol and fast food. Although, organic produce is more efficient in this regard, yet in case of unavailability of these, you can choose non-organic too. A body cleanse routine should include lots of liquid intake but remember that this does not involve coffee, alcohol or any other toxic fluid. Increase you water intake as much as possible and you can drink organic teas like peppermint tea etc.
