Im on day 9, and i definetely recommend you buy the book. It will inspire you and tell you exactly what you can and cant do. I def. recommend it. I havent weighed myself yet. The tea by the way is the dieters tea, will help you go to the bathroom. I did not have good luck as gave me horrible pains, I rather do the sea salt wash. Instead of the two tsps of salt i put 1 1/2″ its more tolerable. 1 hour u will wash yourself out..

Wow you can really see a difference your eyes were really puffy and a bit red on the start morning and here you look refreshed! Do you recommend that someone have the book,or can it be done without it. Also what kind of tea was that at the beginning? Is there a specific type? Oh and how much salt per 16oz. water? sorry a lot of questions I know!

You take the tea at …
You take the tea at night. It typically takes 4-10 hours for the Senna tea to take effect.
You do the salt water flush first thing in the morning. Ideally, you’ll have about 2 hours to deal with the flush effects, because after you drink it, you may be having urgent bowel movements for up to 90 minutes.
Some people are unable to tolerate the salt water flushes. This slows down the detox process, but if necessary, you can just repeat the laxative tea in the morning instead of doing the salt.

Tongue piercings are surgical stainless steel. The lemon will not have an effect on it. This is a good video by the way!
