hey dude maybe you can help me. Im most of the time constipated. it’s been for about 3 years its weird im only 24. i’ve gone to many doctors but, they just say take fiber or sometimes they ask me to take laxitives. i’ve done so many things to get cured but, nothing works. i feel so bad sometimes. should i try this or ask a doctor if i should do it.

Thanks for sharing your experience. From some of the other comments, I see they don’t understand the whys & hows of why this should be done. The pipes get clogged up from bad diets & years. Its poison & to many people die from this gunk that’s left in our bodies. Thanks again & please, if you do this again, film it!
