		<description>Fiber is a good way to clean out the system if it isn&#039;t consipated.  If the colon is badly blocked it will just add more to the blocked pipes.  If your reallllly plugged up then I would suggest finding a hydrotherapist.  Flush out the colon and then use the fiber or herbal laxative.   If you going to use fiber, use a variety of fiber.  Oat bran, wheat bran, psyllium, rice bran etc.  Each one doesn&#039;t something different.  Also consider adding unsaturated oils to your diet.  Again mix the oils.
